Hey, buddy, I got a proposal for you.
I run card games nights I don't have to work. Usually just weekends, but the boss ain't had a good week and couldn't afford to pay none of us for the work. Problem is, one of the other guys works Thursdays, he ain't gonna be there. And I can't really run a game without a full table.
You up for it? I'll lend you a bit of cash to bet, if you like. You know how to play hold 'em, right? That's what we usually play, maybe a bit of straight draw if we feel like it. It ain't hard to pick up if you ain't ever played before, neither.
